#WE ARE ALL
POLSON
WELCOME!

Polson Loaves + Fish Pantry organizes the collection of food donations and distribution to families and individuals within the greater Polson area.

HERE FOR YOU
COME MEET THE PEOPLE OF POLSON LOAVES+FISH PANTRY

We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to helping feed our neighbors in need. Our second mission is to run the backpack program which helps feed our students over the weekends. We do this only with the donations from our wonderful community. We thank you for your support!

Shad Hupka
President of the Board of Directors
As current President of the Board of Directors, I am truly amazed at the far-reaching, positive affects of our local food bank. Polson Loaves & Fish Pantry literally helps hundreds of people each month, right here in our own community. Our loyal group of volunteers are the ones that make this happen. Countless hours are given each week to ensure the Pantry has enough food for those in need. These volunteers are the back-bone of the food bank and without their generous contributions of time, energy, organization, and labor, the Pantry would not exist.
The unbelievable food and monetary donations we receive from community members, churches, food drives, and businesses, including Safeway, Super 1 Foods, Wal-Mart, Town Pump, the Montana Food Bank, and TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) allow us to feed those in need. Filling backpacks with food that local students can bring home on the weekends are additional blessings the Pantry is proud to be involved with.

who we serve

Food insecurity is a way of life for over 10% of the population in the United States according to USDA.  It is even more prevalent in rural communities.  As prices rise so does the problem. More and more families continue to use our program.
